Sound Particles have just released an update that adds a new Metadata Automation function to their their recently launched Beat Panner plug-in, which makes it possible to copy the ‘movement’ generated by the plug-in and apply it to object-based tracks in immersive sessions. 

Beat Panner has already become a popular tool among mixers and producers thanks to its ability to create intricate beat-synced panning patterns using an intuitive sequencer-based interface. With the launch of version 1.1, the plug-in is now equipped with a function that allows its panning movements to be exported as metadata that can be pasted onto an object-based track in a DAW session, allowing them to instantly replicates the tempo-sync’ed movement created by Beat Panner.

Beat Panner 1.1 is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or higher, and Macs running macOS 10.15 and above. VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available.
