solved. Seems to have been some kind of funny bug, getting the full PCI-E G3x4 now.

Hi,
is there anything known about Titan Vs specifically not running on PCI-E Gen3 x4 on the UT3G? The bandwidth of USB4 is already limited so I don't want to sacrifice even more bandwidth if I can help it. I bought this card used, it might just be damaged. My 2080 shows up with 4 lanes at the correct speed in GPU-Z.
Laptop is a Lenovo P14s Gen 5 AMD ( so R7 8840HS). ADT-Link and GPU are powered by a 750W ATX PSU.
